My Home

I grew up in Germany and lived most of my life there. About 5 years ago I followed my intuition and heart’s calling to Australia. I now live in my chosen and new home, Sydney. Living 7 min walk from the beach and seeing the ocean from our balcony has been a dream come true!

My Hobbies

Many! Most of them involve learning, exploring and nature.

I love to go for walks or a swim in the ocean, read books and listen to podcasts about personal development, practice yoga, dance (atm mainly salsa and bachata), have deep conversations with good friends and travel around the world. I recently discovered fire dancing and tarot reading as well!

My Strengths

I’m a great listener and love to “read the matrix” so hearing what hasn’t been said and what actually lies behind what someone is trying to communicate.

I’m empathic and sensitive. I can feel the emotions of other people which makes it easier for me to understand what someone is going through and what they need in this moment.

I have a very strong intuition and I’ve learned to listen to it. Following my intuition has led me onto my current path, doing what I love and living an aligned and fulfilled life.

I have a very strong vision when it comes to how I want to create and live my life. I know that this often means stepping outside my comfort zone and taking aligned action. I know that I am the creator of my life and don’t let fear stop me from creating the life I truly want to live.

My Path

to Life Coaching & Yoga

Since I was a child, I have been interested in psychology and spirituality, from acting like a witch to reading books about fairies and body language. However, it wasn’t until my first trip to India when I was about 15 years old that felt like my initiation into the world of Yoga, Spirituality and Life Coaching.

On our way to India, the airline lost our baggage so we travelled with hand luggage in the hope that our suitcases would appear. The surplus of material things that I was used to was gone and to my surprise, I was more than happy to live a simpler life. I felt so much lighter.

The feeling and cultural experiences I had in India with the people stayed with me well beyond the end of the trip. However, it wasn’t until my first trip to Australia that I stepped into a yoga class for the first time. I had tried yoga classes at all-inclusive hotels before but never liked them and couldn’t understand why people would even sign up for a yoga class. Thanks to my friend who invited me to try out a yoga studio in Sydney she had been going to for a while, I gave yoga another try.

This one class changed my perception of yoga 180 degrees. When I left the studio after this class I felt completely at ease and relaxed for the first time in a very long while. Stepping onto the street, the world around me suddenly seemed so fast and hectic what seemed normal before. This was the moment when I realised the power of yoga, mindfulness and connection to my true essence.

Lack of direction and moving to Australia

I still remember when I started my personal development journey many years ago. I didn't really know who I was. I was constantly adapting to others, doubted my own opinion, and didn't feel like I belonged. I had ideas, dreams and visions but I thought that this life I was imagining wouldn’t be possible for me. I listened to the people around me and followed the “typical” path of going to uni and finding an office job that seemed to be the secret to a successful and happy life. In the end, I had everything I needed, didn’t I?

After graduating with a Bachelor's degree, I signed up for an internship in a big hotel that did not go as expected. I began to feel a lack of direction and purpose, frustrated, unfulfilled, and lost. I didn’t know where my place in the world was or what to do with my life. I knew that there had to be more. That I hadn’t found my place, job, and partner that truly suited me yet.

While I was sitting on my bed in a room I sub-rented, I felt the strong urge to return to Australia. I didn’t fully know why or what I would be doing there, the only thing I knew was that Sydney was the place where I was meant to be. So I followed my heart and moved to Sydney in February 2020, just 3 weeks before the borders closed for the next 2 years due to Covid.

Discovering my path

Arriving in a new country during a global pandemic meant that I had lots of time to myself. I started practicing yoga every day, meditating, listening to between 1 and 4 podcast episodes on personal development every single day for 2 years and completed a 10-week personal development course which planted the seed of one day becoming a Spiritual Life Coach.

While I was doing this course (which completely skyrocketed my personal growth btw), I thought “Wouldn’t it be cool to do something like this? To share knowledge about personal development, help people to get to know their true selves, and become the creator of their own life? I think I could be really good at this! But how do I even become a Life Coach?”. I was already studying for my master’s and working part-time which meant that there was no time for an additional course. So I dismissed the idea of becoming a Life Coach and hoped that one day the right moment would come and a path would open up (which it did spoiler alert).

During this time, I also started getting interested in the details of what yoga is. What exactly made me feel this calm and balanced after class? Why are we performing certain asanas (yoga postures)? What is the goal of yoga? What has our breath to do with all of this? I began looking for answers in classes, podcasts and books.

While all these resources helped me understand yoga better, I felt drawn to study yoga further. I knew that the yoga studio I was going to run Yoga Teacher Trainings twice a year. Every time when I came across their flyer for the Training, I noticed this feeling inside me, my heart whispering to me that it was time for me to go deeper.

In 2022, I followed this calling and completed my first 200hr Yoga Teach Training. My intention when I signed up was to find answers to all my questions and understand the science and practice of yoga better. The training did not only teach me about yoga but also helped me understand myself and my purpose on this planet better. As I was going through the training, I felt a deep desire to share what I had been learning with others so they could receive the tools and wisdom of yoga to deeper connect with their true selves.

A few months after I finished my training, I decided it was time for me to teach. I knew I wanted to teach in my own way and create my own community, so I decided to start my own business. My classes now focus on slowing down, reconnecting with the body, bringing awareness to the body and mind, and sharing the teachings of yoga.

The last puzzle piece

While I loved teaching yoga, I also knew that this wasn’t all. There was more to my path.

During my regular podcast moments, I heard the woman who facilitated the 10-week personal development course I participated in 2 years ago announce that she will launch her first Spiritual Life Coach training. I knew “This is it! This is the moment my heart has been waiting for.” Without even knowing the details about the training (incl. the price), I decided that I would sign up once spots were open.

The 8 months of the Spiritual Life Coach training were intense and truly transformational. Not only did I learn how to read between the lines, discover the root cause of a problem, and create real long-lasting transformation within someone’s mindset, but I could also see a transformation within me.

I started to get really clear on who I am, what my values are, and what life I want to create. I stepped into my own power, showed up as my most authentic and confident self, and took action to make my dreams a reality. I stopped playing small, living my life for others, and listening to what other people say. For the first time, I felt a deep trust in my own capabilities to create the life of my dreams like never before.

Today, my mission is to support you on your journey to creating the life you truly want to live! I help you to gain clarity about your future, overcoming your fears of judgment, failure and rejection, and anything that is still holding you back from making your dream a reality!
