A morning of yoga, journaling and connecting to yourself and other like-minded people!
The Class
This yoga class isn’t your usual yoga class!
This special class incorporates 3 elements: yoga asana (poses), guided meditation and journaling.
The class starts with a vinyasa yoga flow that weaves in yoga philosophy and other aspects of yoga to help you connect deeper to your body and create spaciousness from within.
At the end of the yoga flow, I will guide you through a meditation / visualisation so you can connect to your inner and true self on a deeper level, feel at peace and activate your quiet confidence.
We will finish the class with a journaling session where you can reflect on the topic of the class, set your intentions for the day and give your thoughts space to be expressed on paper. I will also give you some journal prompts so don’t worry if this is your first time journaling!
The classes are designed for all levels so even if you have never stepped into a yoga class before or practised meditation or journaled, this class is for you!
If you like to connect with other like-minded people, hang around after class and grab a coffee or join for a swim!

Class Structure
Every class will be different but this is a rough structure of each class:
40 min Vinyasa Yoga to move and get into the body
10 min Guided Meditation / Visualisation to connect to your inner most true self, wisdom and intuition
10 min Journaling to set your intentions for the day and reflect on the topic of class or journal about what has been on your mind

BYO yoga mat & journal + pen
Level: all levels, including beginners are welcome
Feel free to stay around for a coffee or swim and meet other like-minded people!

Yes! The classes are designed so anyone can join. Throughout the class, I will give a variety of modifications for different postures and breathwork so you can follow along. As you practice yoga more often, it will also become easier over time so take the first step! You won’t regret it!

Every week’s class will be different but all classes will be vinyasa classes. Vinyasa means ‘to place in a certain way’. In a vinyasa yoga class, different postures are connected with each other to create a flow of movement.

I check the weather forecast regularly the evening before the class. If the chance of rain is very high, the class will be postponed.
If you’ve booked a class, I will let you know if the class is getting postponed either via text message or email.
In the case of the class getting cancelled due to the weather, you can then either keep your booking and use it for the next class or request a refund.

I recommend wearing something that you feel comfortable moving in. Depending on the time of the year, it is good to wear layers and bring an extra jumper and socks for the warm-up and cool-down!

Please bring your own yoga mat to class, a journal or paper and a pen. If you don’t have a mat and you would like to join, let me know before I can bring a spare one for you!
You might also want to bring a water bottle and additional clothing in case you start feeling cold.
