We will focus on the aspects of yoga that serve you the most. This could be different postures, teachings, breathwork, and meditation. If you are pregnant, have an injury or have any limitations, I will design the class accordingly so the practice can be nurturing and healing. Through private yoga classes with Sabine, you will also gain a better understanding of your own body and self so you can be your best self on and off the mat!

  • Yes! A private yoga class is actually one of the best things you can do as a beginner! Working 1:1 with me mean that I can meet you where you are at in your journey. Before our first class, I will work with you to see how I can best support, and what your goals and needs are. I will also give you specific cues or poses that will help you evolve and that are specific to your body.

    Even if you have done yoga before, it can be hard to know if you are doing the right thing and often teachers have too many people in their class to give everyone the attention they deserve. Private classes can help you understand different postures better and adapt them to your own body.

  • Every class will be different but all classes will be vinyasa classes. Vinyasa means ‘to place in a certain way’. In a vinyasa yoga class, different postures are connected with each other to create a flow of movement.

  • Classes can be held in your home, in a yoga studio or outdoors. This depends on your preference and can be discussed beforehand.

  • I recommend wearing something that you feel comfortable moving in. For outdoor classes, it is good to wear layers and bring an extra jumper and socks for the warm-up and cool-down!

  • You can bring your own yoga mat if you like. If you don’t have a mat that is no problem as well. I will bring a spare one for you!

    You might also want to bring a water bottle and additional clothing in case you start feeling cold in case you are doing an outdoor class.
