Yoga, Reflect & Connect

A morning of yoga, journaling and connecting to yourself and other like-minded people!

First class 15 January 2025!

Yoga, Reflect & Connect Launch in Manly

Join me for both (or one of) my first 2 classes in Manly and get a free beverage (e.g. coffee) after class and connect with other beautiful people!

First class: Wednesday, 15 January

Second class: Friday, 17 January

The Class

This yoga class isn’t your usual yoga class!

We will practice different aspects of yoga, such as meditation, pranayama (breath techniques), and of course asana (yoga poses) throughout the class. At the end of the yoga flow, we will do a little guided meditation / visualisation so you can connect to you inner self and get to know yourself on a deeper level. We will finish the class with a short journaling session where you can reflect and express your thoughts on paper. I will also give you some journal prompts so don’t worry if this is your first time journaling!

The classes are designed for all levels so even if you have never stepped into a yoga class before or practised meditation or journaled, this class is for you!

This special yoga and journaling class is for everybody who would like to feel more balanced, grounded and connected to themselves!

This class is for you if you want to

  • Move your body while being surrounded by nature

  • Release your daily stress, re-balance your nervous system and feel more grounded

  • Get out of your head and reconnect with your body and yourself

  • Slow down and feel a sense of peace and ease in your body & mind

What others say

Yoga with Sabine is a gorgeous way to start the day. Sabine is very attentive to each individual’s needs and always gives options to push yourself or take it down a notch.

I enjoy Sabine’s spiritual explanations behind each yoga pose too. I always feel energised yet calm after yoga with Sabine and would highly recommend her classes! 5 star ⭐️

Absolutely love Sabine’s yoga classes. I cannot recommend her enough!! She’s such a beautiful teacher and her yoga flows are always creative and fun.

Love seeing the beautiful sun rising and feeling the warmth on my face while the movement is the best way to start the morning.

Thank you Sabine so much for your wonderful classes! If you’re in Manly, definitely check out her class! 🤍

Got some more questions? Have a look here!

  • Yes! The classes are designed so anyone can join. Throughout the class, I will give a variety of modifications for different postures and breathwork so you can follow along. As you practice yoga more often, it will also become easier over time so take the first step! You won’t regret it!

  • Every week’s class will be different but all classes will be vinyasa classes. Vinyasa means ‘to place in a certain way’. In a vinyasa yoga class, different postures are connected with each other to create a flow of movement.

  • I check the weather regularly the evening before the class. If the chance of rain is very high, the class will be either moved to another day during the week or cancelled.

If you’ve expressed your interest to join a class, I will keep you up to date with any changes to the schedule. You can also follow me on social media for the latest update.

  • I recommend wearing something that you feel comfortable moving in. Depending on the time of the year, it is good to wear layers and bring an extra jumper and socks for the warm-up and cool-down!

  • Please bring your own yoga mat to class, a journal or paper and a pen. If you don’t have a mat and you would like to join, let me know before I can bring a spare one for you!

You might also want to bring a water bottle and additional clothing in case you start feeling cold.
